Refund Policy
Proud Happy Brave offers a 14-day refund policy of a 100% money-back guarantee on all courses, unless otherwise specified. This refund policy does not apply to any digital downloads you have purchased from us.
Refunds will be granted on a no questions asked basis except when we suspect that copyright breaches have been made. You are not allowed to share or sell the materials provided for your own gain and all materials are protected under Australian and International copyright laws.
You must request your refund within 14 days of enrolling in the course in order to qualify. To request a refund, contact hello@proud-happy-brave.com with “refund” in the subject line. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for the money to show up in your account depending on your bank.
Refunds are not permitted if you purchase one of our courses at full price and that course later goes on sale or is included in a bundle for a special price, regardless of the length of time between your purchase and the sale or special offer.
